Refund policy

All products are personalized and custom-made by our artist team according to your requirements. Before starting the painting, we will create a Photoshop line art draft based on your specifications and send it to you for confirmation. The corresponding artist will only begin the creation after we receive your confirmation. Full refunds are available before the line art draft is confirmed. If you request a refund after the artist has started creating your product but before it is shipped, a $100 material fee will be deducted, and the balance will be refunded to your account. No refunds will be provided once the product has been shipped.

If your refund request is approved, we will inform you of the return method and address. Products returned without prior return authorization will not be processed.

Damages and Issues


Please inspect your product immediately upon receipt. If you find any defects, damages, or receive an incorrect item, please contact us right away so that we can assess the issue and resolve it properly.

We offer free replacement for damaged products. We sincerely apologize if your product is damaged during transportation. Please send us a message with your order number and photos of the damaged product. We will negotiate with the courier company and ship a replacement within a few days.

Exchanges


Custom-made products are not eligible for exchanges. If you wish to obtain a more satisfactory product, please place a new order or contact us at: info@paintingshack.com.

Refunds


After we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically credited back to your original payment account within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and reflect the refund in your account.

Return Policy for Custom-Sized and Custom-Colored Artworks


If the artwork has not been delivered and you choose to request a refund, we will accept the refund but deduct a $100 material fee.

Once the artwork has been shipped and delivered to you, no refunds will be accepted.
